"Received a call to schedule a delivery for the next day and it never showed up. I called and scheduled for the next day and again never showed up. Been scheduling for 3 days now and nothing. Asked for the manager and got Derek the Terminal Manager in Delanco, NJ who was totally rude and should not have a management position!! Guess no one cares about customers or service these days. Don't use Fed Ex!"

"Person on the phone (tracy) was kind and friendly and was able to work with me in getting my order found. The gentleman who brought out the material was kind and helpful. Security on the phone was sorta angry but i doubt it was towards me. Overall good experience."

"Manager Jeff is terrible to deal with! When i had approached him about a deliveries that went missing his answer was to hang up on me. We receive oversized pallets every two weeks, and every two weeks there is a different excuse of why our delivery is missing. It makes no sense to me that they take the time to schedule you a delivery and then always cancel. The thing that really makes you mad is that they don't call to cancel they have you wait around all day while paying warehouse staff & then i have to call them to see where it is just to be lied to or hung up on. I have since switched our bulk deliveries to a familiar competitor and can't be happier! Thanks Jeff i hope FedEx doesn't miss our business."

"I have a small business and have been using FedEx Freight for over 2.5 years now and paying with a credit card after calling and getting quotes on each individual shipment. Recently they send me a statement saying I have unpaid bills and owe them about $5,000 for unpaid freight charges!! After telling them I pay with a credit card and showing them proof of payment they left me alone for 8 months. Then I get a statement for about $10,000 for unpaid shipments. How could I possibly owe them money If I pay with a CC each time I ship? The money comes out of my account on each payment so how do I even owe 1 penny? After they research they say it is not for unpaid charges, but I have been using the wrong Class. Make up your mind is it that I didn't pay or i'm using the wrong class? Funny because they told me what class to use! I asked, "if I'm using the wrong Freight Class why wasn't I told 2.5 years ago and why did you continue taking my Freight"? I guess they wanted to wait until my so called amount owed got really high. They have now stopped me from shipping. This is extortion at it's finest. Beware!!!"
