"Wish I'd read the reviews before dealing with this company. Absolute unprofessionalism at it's finest. Truck "breaking down" is just a flat out lie. Seems I'm not the only one who gets this excuse. "I can't imagine that there could be such a vast difference in the experiences of some reviewers and my own. I just received a huge pallet which came via XPO Logistics from Texas to my home in New Jersey. It went to half a dozen interim stations along the way. The delivery from this Hamilton location was within the 2-hour window promised, the driver was very profesional and courteous, the package was clean and he put it in the spot I requested in my garage, refusing to accept a tip.I could not have been more pleased with the service."

"They delivered a large format TV ordered through Amazon. We just had new carpets installed and the bottom of the box which was in their box truck was filthy with somewhat of a soot that is all over the carpet where they dropped it off. Claim pending. How do you not have the sense to use a specific vehicle for residential deliveries which is clean (movers do it all the time). I will request any vendor that I purchase from NOT to use XPO or don't bother with the item and I'll purchase it elsewhere."
