"Must be fake reviews! I’m reporting this company to the better business bureau, Federal authorities and the bank. Just look on the map, there is no appliance repair located at the address. (This should have told me something) This is fraud! I called them to setup an appointment and the first thing they wanted was a credit card and billed me instantly. They rescheduled the service twice and Now I see where they are trying to bill me twice. When I called the guy actually lied to me, thinking he could double talk his way out off it. If you don’t believe my review, call them and ask him where their store is located or drive by the location. I’m so mad right now that I have to cancel that credit card."

"My best advice is not to use this service. It was suppost to be a 1 week replacement part and service. It took 2 months. Had to constantly call and push to get job completed. I finally had to threaten to notify authorities. Go else where do not use them under any circumstance."
