"After listening to popping sounds in our duct work for 2 nights in our new home I called this business. Spoke to the dispatcher and explained I was hearing popping sounds while the heating system was one and even when it was off. I also mentioned that it typically occurs during the night when it's colder out. She said she will schedule someone to take a look and determine the issue. She also said it's likely something in the duct work and that she could schedule a cleaning . After waiting nearly 2 weeks (of listening to the popping every night) finally a lady showed up. She told me she only looks at the physical furnace and doesn't have the man power to look at the duct work. She said the filter looked dirty and removed the old one and replaced it with the new one we had (that was sitting right next the furnace). I asked her why she was here if she can't fix my problem and she said could leave and she wouldn't charge me for changing the filter....LoL. Crazy. I ended up having her just look things over and payed the woman 94 dollars to change a filter and say everything looks good... And now I have to find someone else to fix the popping noises coming from the vents at night..... Ridiculous... Completely disappointed and there seems to be a serious disconnect between the operator and crew..."

They arrived 15 minutes early and were able to assistant, gave me option quotes on the spot and were pleasant to work with. I had another quote from a different service provider and one service provider not not call me back at all but BVSM was a great value and responsive. They arrived 15 minutes early for the job, workers were professional, answered questions I had and did a great job. A little after I received a card thanking me for their business.
