"They are terrible. They have their drivers driving illegally. They don’t give them their 10 hour break and they schedule them so there is no way they can be on time so they can pay them less per mile. Awful. They shouldn’t be in business"
"This is worse place ever to get your truck repair work done. they waste your time and rip you off with there labor charges. very unprofessional people and mechanic, top of that they want you to pay them with wire ridiculous to work with these type of people. Just be aware out there friends."
"TLDR: Owner of the shop repaired my truck, did not check oil levels, did not take full responsibility, and had me pay the full the bill. I want to tell Manny who is the owner of the shop, as a mechanic, mistakes happen, nothing can be always right, the most important is that you should take responsibility to what you do, and be honest. On 07/07/2021, I found my truck had an oil leak on the rear wheel (second axle), I called Manny, got an answer come over, I was so happy that I could keep running my truck the second day without any delay. In the shop, I saw the hard work from the mechanics( not Manny). I was told the oil leak was from the wheel oil seal. They changed the seal and brake shoes, I really appreciate that they were not complaining about working until about 8pm. Once they put everything back on, the mechanic told me the oil inside the differential was enough, BUT he never checked whether the oil was OVERFILLED or not. I paid for the bill without any hesitation. The mechanic should check the OIL LEVEL after they replace the wheel oil seal, but they didn't. On 08/22/21, I found the oil leak from the same area when I was doing a check around my truck. I called Manny, got an answer "come over tomorrow". Because I was not sure how much oil leaked, to avoid the differential from getting a shortage from oil , I filled one gallon of 75W-90 gear oil into it. On 08/23/21, I stopped in the shop, the mechanic checked the oil leak, and told me that it was not an oil leak. Later Manny came over and told me that it was not an oil leak too, and if I insist on the oil leak from last time, they would remove the tire and check the wheel oil seal. If it was not the seal problem, I had to pay for labor, which I agreed. Before they checked the seal, the mechanics spent some time removing the bolt on the oil fill hole to check if the gear oil was OVERFILLED or not. It was overfilled; at least extra 1 and half gallon got drained out from differential. Manny seemed like he forgot that he told me "it is not the oil leak". He told me the oil was leaking because the oil got OVERFILLED. He tried to have me take the responsibility because I filled one gallon of gear oil the day before. He forgot the oil leak was happening before I filled. I expected there would at least have some deduction on the bill. He didn't say anything, looked like he hadn't heard. After a few minutes he handed me the bill and said "whenever you are ready"."
"This is a great carrier to work with! They are easy to connect with, true to their word, and communicate very efficiently. Dispatcher, Brian, and I have run quite a few loads together and we're looking at a perfect track record thus far! Highly recommend using this carrier."
"Worst place ever... Manny was very rude and ignorant.... Drove my truck there ended up having to get it towed to another shop.... Never again"
