"I would never tell any IC to sign on with JB Hunt because of the 35% off every load you deliver, which adds up to weekly to over 4.000 depending on how many loads u book ( do that math on the 35% add how much yuh leaving on the table) Get your own authority. Why pay 16,000 a month"
"Delivery driver lied and said the truck was too big to pull over and he refused to deliver my appliances he had in the truck. He jumped back in his truck without saying ANYTHING, pulled off and never came back! Also, he didn’t call and tell me he was 30 minutes away. I set aside a 4 hour window for NOTHING!!!!"
"Did a load for JB HUNT! Did everything that was was asked for! Driver Did a drop at Wayfair and waited for a empty trailer! Called for 3 hours to JB hunt Broker his name is Ryne Troy he wouldn't answer at all! Drivers were asked to leave the facility as a bobtail! There were 4 trucks waiting for a trailer and all 4 were bobtailed out! They reduced my rate for $1000.00 which is 15% of the rate! I called JB hunt for about 3 hours to the hotline and the Broker Ryne Troy. Very Unprofessional! We have the name and approval from Wayfair, to bobtail out!"
