"We have used Taggart multiple times in the last year. To start with the positive (and why we have rehired them)- they have always been courteous, on time, and professional. The negative- the last two jobs, we have been charged an astronomical amount of money for quick simple jobs that are not explainable as to why they have been so expensive. This past job- we had a small leak from our upstairs shower drain which needed to be replaced, and some rerouting of piping into our garage ceiling. This was 2 hour job for one plumber, with negligible cost of PVC piping and parts, for which we were charged $1400. I respect trade professions immensely, and happy to reimburse for good work, but $700/hour is insane and I felt robbed and taken advantage of without an explanation. Good guaranteed work should not cost this much, and I hope my review is taken into consideration as they charge other customers in the future."
