"Shoprite has changed in the past 6 months. Prices are high, and the produce doesn't keep beyond a day (depending upon what you buy). The seafood department has a very arrogant employee (not all of the people in the department, just one). Now, I only shop here for a few specific items that Shoprite carries."

"The store is infested with bugs. Found them on two occasions. Once outside a loaf of bread (ants) and another INSIDE a container of mushrooms. ALSO THEY CONSTANTLY sell MOLDY produce. I mean CONSTANTLY. I remember a woman stopped a manager to tell him much of their produce has mold on it. It's completely disgusting and made me shop elsewhere."

"Today was definitely a bad experience at shop Rite I have a small 6 lb poodle that’s being trained as a service dog. He has been shopping with me for the last four months sits in his own holder in top of cart most people don’t even notice him. Today while going into the store a man claimed to be manager said he could not sit in the cart on his holder he needed to be on the floor the dog is 6lbs on the floor he is in danger of being run over by carts stepped on by people and drew much more attention normally he lasts down and no one barely notices him. I always tell people no to handling him that he is working today that that was impossible because down on the floor although he behaved perfect people were dealing to pet and grab at him. I had one severe attack that I needed to run to the bathroom to take medication and another attack on the way home. When I ask the reason he said health reasons. But the dog never touches the cart he is in a total covered seat. Different from babies wearing just diapers sitting directly on the cart where the next person’s food goes. It’s hard enough to be disabled. It’s hard enough to be in a store when you have severe health problems but then to have him upset me over the service dog I was totally disappointing in the store came home. I had bought two lobsters and $250 worth of groceries, when I open the lobsters to cook them for dinner, they were all water and mush."

"Quick stop for some last minute BBQ items. Had everything i needed. Ice, aluminum foil pans and a fresh fruit tray. Helpful register attendant assisted me twice when the register was yelling at me and even brought the ice to me from across the store. I love their fresh sushi and the Chinese food bar. 9/25 Deli department quick pick-up items like sliced cheese and lunch meat were completely empty. Was not going to wait in a long line of customers for 1lb of cheese. Purchased pre packaged cheese slices from refrigerator section."

"Good food selection. Deli is extremely slow. Be ready to watch your hair grow while waiting for your order. Otherwise, very clean and lines aren't usually long. They moved stuff around now too. Some of it makes sense. Added more self checkout."
