"Let’s start off by saying don’t try to call the company ... you will be on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes with no answers. Told them I needed my shipment within a specific time period, which gave them a 1 weeks notice , they were supposed to call me for a delivery time and they never did. . I finally got a hold of them and now they cannot find my product. Managers will tell you they will look into the incident and will call you back but it never happens. Very unprofessional, very unorganized. The CEO of this company better take his fuzzy slippers off of his feet and off of the desk and start doing his job by starting out by firing a multitude of people at this so called company . You can’t find my product? It weighs over 300 pounds and is on a gigantic pallet, how do you lose that? Incompetence at its finest! I will make sure in the future if I ever need to have something shipped it will not be through this trucking company Loser Penn, what a disgrace!"

"This company is terrible. They have no one to answer phones and you can not leave a message. Had a delivery scheduled with a tracking number to come on friday no show. So Called to track on monday and they told me it was never set up for delivery so I said set it up for tuesday they said ok 10am-6pm tuesday. At 4pm tuesday I called to track they told me it was never scheduled I said I did schedule it they said sorry but we can deliver tomorrow Wednesday 10am-6pm. I said fine do it. Well called today at 11am to see what time it would be and they said would you like to schedule the time? I can not believe this. Im now on hold for 19 min and 20 sec waiting for them to tell me whats going on. Bottom line do not use this company. There is a reason they have all 1 stars. Would be zero if that was a possibility thats for sure."

"Is zero stars an option? Was told I'd receive a delivery on Thursday between 1-5pm, they no showed and didn't even call. Was told I'd receive the next day after following up myself, and they no-showed/no called. Was told I'd receive it TODAY, and they have already missed their window. No call. Terrible experience. I've already wasted over 12 hours of my time waiting for a shipment. This has cost me a ton of $$$ in lost work. Get your act together.. you literally have one job and you can't do it properly."

"Had delivery scheduled between 9am and 3pm - when nobody showed up at 3 I gave them a call. Turns out my delivery never made it on the truck, but of course no one called to let me know. I was given a time frame of 8am to 12pm for delivery the following day (today). It's 3:18 pm and still no delivery. I've called and called and only get the same answer - "you're the next stop. "As a professional who constantly uses various freight companies, I'll make sure this is my business' first and final experience with New Penn."

"Do NOT do business with them. New Penn does not respect YOU or your hard-earned money. My (mint-condition, low-mileage, rare) motor was never secured or tied down upon pick up. The driver said, and I quote "Don't worry about it. It'll be fine." The motor tipped over and fell during shipping which severely damaged the valve cover and exhaust gas return valve, and arrived UPSIDE DOWN, with all the weight resting on the plastic valve cover. The damages totaled $500. They basically told me to go pound sand. I thought I was dealing with professionals.. This is why I hired a professional freight company to ship the motor: SO THAT IT WOULD NOT GET DAMAGED, and if by rare chance they made a mistake and it DID get damaged, that they would be able to come up with $500 to cover the damages. Not only did they break my motor and allow it to be shipped upside down, they won't even cover the damages. I cannot believe this is considered acceptable business practice."
