"If I could give zero stars I would! Signed up for the asurionhome+ plan….has to file first claim at beginning of this year. Followed all directions I was supposed to do. Apparently they didn’t understand the assignment because I’ve been waiting for my device or a resolution for my device since JANUARY 5th!!!!! I’ve been contacting Asurion profusely and they can’t get an answer from the tech at this store and every time I’ve called, there’s no answer. I have since cancelled my plan because it’s a waste of money if this is the kind of customer service you get and return time!!! STAY AWAY from them!!!"
"First time trying this store vs. Best Buy to fix the charging port on my son’s Nintendo switch. Was told it would be two weeks. After three weeks and checking the online status and seeing no update I tried to call but the number directs you to an automated system that disconnects after so many rings. So stopping in we were told they had the device and were working on it and to check back in a week. We again stopped in the next week and were told it would be there the next Wednesday. We never heard anything so stopped in the Saturday after and were told they tried to fix multiple things and that it is unfixable and that we can’t take it to any of their other locations. Which is fine because no thank you. But when I asked if there was a way to make suggestions towards the company on the difficulty of communication on status of repair Dallas was kind of rude and said “noted”. So here’s my suggestion, don’t give people expectations and act poorly when they’re not met, you may not have control over the companies horrible lack of communication but the way you communicate with others in person matters. We’ll continue making the drive to Best Buy."
"I drove 40 minutes to get here, with an appointment scheduled/ confirmed and they are closed before the posted time?! Extremely frustrated because I really needed my work monitor looked at asap as I am traveling and having to work remote. There was a sign on the door and I see I am not the only one who was upset about this. I get things happen, but it's very unprofessional to not notify people with appointments especially when I was told I could even come in as a walk-in earlier today."
