"John came to our house to look at and estimate a bathtub job. The initial visit was fine, and we thought we would move forward with him, but then he ghosted us. I called and texted numerous times to the very same number and text strings he and I had been communicating on. He never would respond. Look, I get it. If your to busy, tell someone, don't just turn your back on them and be unresponsive. That is text book unprofessionalism."
