"How can you make a living here as an Owner Operator making $1.81 a mile.. I regret giving them 1 month of my time.. I quit in just 4 weeks.. They say they reimburse tolls but when u hand them an invoice they question the toll usage.. Routing is not accurate, they say the drop off is 60 miles away and it's more like 72 miles away.. Dispatchers have an attitude problem, lots of time wasted in the rail yards.. My biggest complaint is the pay rate..one big breakdown and repair and you're done, kiss your bank account goodbye.. I can go on.. Best advice is avoid this broker.."

"I have a neighbor who drives for this company and brings their tractor trailer home every day (in a residential neighborhood no less, where it has absolutely no business being in and the streets are not big enough for it to be parked on). They constantly drive it up the road weekdays and weekends anywhere in between 4 AM and 6 AM (this conflicting with local township noise ordinances and other laws), waking up multiple neighbors in the process. Tried to be civil in resolving this, asking politely for it to be parked in the depot the company has not 5 miles away from said neighborhood. Contacted the owners of the company numerous times regarding the problem only to have either gotten nasty attitudes back along with the classic "not my problem" response or "yeah, we will talk to the driver", the later of which obviously never happened as this has been going on for over a year now and shows no end in sight. Long story short, these clowns don't care what their drivers do as long as they are fiercely loyal to the company, which judging by multiple reviews I have seen online for Transnoble now is a complete fraud and a sinking ship barely staying afloat. I hope it goes under sooner rather than later. Karma can't come soon enough for these idiots who only care about their work schedule and nobody else's because I can guarantee if this were the other way around and it was them constantly being woken up hours before they had to be at work, this wouldn't have lasted as long as it has now."

"Observed aggressive & reckless driving 6/7/17 westbound I-78 in New Jersey going up Jug Mt. around 14:15 a red Peterbilt bobtail with TransNoble Logistics sticker but no visible unit # blatantly disregarded stopped traffic ahead of him, no attemt to slow down or drive with caution, took an insane high speed "thread-the-needle" lane change narrowly avoiding 2 lanes of traffic. In my 11 years of professional driving it is by far the most reckless maneuver I've ever witnessed from an fellow CDL holder. This driver will eventually cause an accident if his careless & dangerous driving habits continue"
