"My technicians name was James. He did a fantastic job. Had my furnace up and running within 45 minutes that’s including him having to go get a part I recommend this company highly. They are my company. I will be calling for any repairs on my air-conditioning unit and my heating system I may add about the price the price was fair I felt more than fair I was happy, he cleaned up the mess he cleaned up. His tools made adjustments. I highly recommended company. I hope that you give them a chance as well Edward Larose from Columbiana."

"I have used custom comforts since 2009..recently they have not been to good with repairs. They replaced my fan on my outside ac unit when it did not need replaced. And just last week they sent young kid that was not educated enough to know what repairs I needed, instead he just kept saying something needed done, charged me and did not fix the problem. He did not put freon back in my system and then claimed someone broke into my backyard and took it. I have cameras all over and that did not happen, but he found a leak after I got mad about stating it was stolen instead of saying he didn't put it in. I called them to see if they could be fair with no luck. They stated everything under the sun on why they did what was best. I am concerned with others being taken advantage of that know no different. I advise ALL to be cautious. I just Gault to fix what they messed up and so far EXCELLENT. I would give 0 stars if I could."

"We used Custom Comfort when our basement was flooding due to snow melting and tons of rain. They were one of 5 companies we called and they were the fastest ones to respond and come take a look (within 30 minutes of calling). A sump pump was broken and need to be replaced fast. PRO- this company responded quickly. Their tech, Karen was amazing. Very kind, explained things well and completed the repair quickly. She even came back the next day to complete parts of the job she couldn't on the first visit. PRO - friendly and professional employees. One thing to note is this company is EXPENSIVE. They purchased our pump at Ace, and we looked up the cost - $150. BUT We paid $607 total for the part and labor. This seems very high and we did ask other local plumbers what their costs would have been and they were much lower. That being said, we are grateful for their responsiveness and that they were able to solve our issue. Just be prepared to spend more than average for a sump pump repair. :)"

"My water heater was under warranty when it failed at 1 year 11 months. A new heater was installed under warranty. When they finished I was asked whether I was quoted a price for labor. I said no. The service tech sort of hesitated then said it was $425. I just looked at him. I knew there would be a labor charge but not one that could not be justified and highly excessive. That is a lot of money for 1 -1 1/2 hours work. I expected $100 - $150 as a reasonable charge. $425 is half the price of a new one. I called the office and was told that the labor amount is what the software charges. I expressed my feelings and was told they would inform the owner. Never heard back. I feel I have been ripped off. Thus I will have to consider other options in the future when it comes to using or recommending Custom Comfort Systems."
