"We happened to be in Doylestown area for the holidays and discovered there was a local caviar business - so we decided to give it a try for Christmas eve. Long story short, one family member said this was better tan the ossetra we had been getting at Petrossian, a well known importer. The caviar was smooth, creamy and fresh; was not oversalted and did not have any fishiness: it went quick on blini, potato chips (I know...) and just by itself. We will definitely be buying again."
