"I really enjoyed my time at River Pointe. Linda and the staff are always available, helpful and really create a great community atmosphere. The apartments are new and beautiful. I don’t think you will find a better shower anywhere in South Jersey. For those who commute in the greater Philly area, it is legit on the intersection of 5 highways to go any where you need to go. This is also a great place if you have a dog and like dogs. I have a dog and all other dog owners were always cautious and courteous with their dogs and I never had any issues. The property manager Linda was incredibly helpful with the move in and move out process and I can’t thank her enough. I highly recommend River pointe, for the community feel, helpful and friendly staff and great commuter access."

"I lived at RiverPointe for about 2 years and overall it was a great place to live! The apartments are well laid out and a modern design. Nelson who runs the maintenance is one of the nicest people you will ever meet! He is extremely responsive and will answer calls asap. The grounds of the complex are well maintained. Linda, the property manager, is great to work with as well! Parking for guests is difficult since it’s outside the community but they do state that in the policy now before leasing out units."

"Lived here for just over two years. Moved in to a brand new unit when these were just opening up. I have had a great experience here, it was the perfect for that time in my life, and the location is pretty good (Lots to do nearby) but not exactly a walkable location. Office was great. I had a few requests regarding my lease and they were flexible and worked something out with me to extend for a few months without getting price gouged."

"River Pointe is a FANTASTIC community to live in. Super clean apartments, convenient parking, SAFE (secure gated driveway and walkway), in unit laundry, fast Fios internet, and many more amenities. All of the tenants are working professionals so I never had to deal with any noise issues. It’s close to all of the major highways including 76, 295 and you can get into the heart of Philadelphia or Camden in less than 10 minutes! For a resident covering multiple hospitals, this was a huge timesaver. You also avoid the major traffic because of where you get on to and off the highway. Linda, the property director, is an absolute gem. She treats you like family and makes your life as easy as possible."

"Linda and Mickey are amazing! My situation is a little complicated, actually I never got a chance to view my apartment until I move in due to I am out of country for my job. All the communications are through emails and phone calls. They did a superb job and make the process quick and efficient. The location is great, nearby Philly and Cherryhill. Interior of apartment is perfect since it is completely new and love the hard floors! I like the gym a lot but wish could have a bench in the gym. So far, I like my apartment and highly recommend it!"
