"They never help with anything, steal utility checks and they leave you with problems in the apartments that your not allowed to fix on ur own because of liability purposes so we are forced to live filthy until someone decides they want to help fix something, I’m infested with roaches to which I’ve never had before . I’ve told them more then once they have acted as if I have not mentioned it ever, I’ve asked someone to fix my sink that is filling with water and dead roaches and that was 2 months ago to which they felt inclined to tell me it was my fault that I waited so long even though I’ve explained time n time again I’ve put in more then one work order for service, the managers do not put in work orders and then tell me to continue waiting because they do not have a maintance to help fix my issue but they will put the work order in again, it has now been 3 months and I’ve had to wash every dish in my bath tub ! My walls are cracked n one of my walls fell, my friend got hurt falling through the wall as he leaned against it while putting on his shoes (walls should not fall apart because you lean your back on it)!!!!. The trash in buildings & around is unbearable and let’s not forget the laundry room that’s flooded and continues to flood with the worst smell you could possibly think of and we have to endure it while getting our mail to which is also not always unavailable.. with all that being said hedgerow please do better. We just want to live like normal clean people, not all of us are contributing to the neglect on these buildings! . Thank you"
