One Water Street Apartments

"Everyday there's a new surprise.. be it a broken door, elevator being out, alarms going off... They have one cart for moving heavy things. It's those carts bellhops use, and all 4 tires are flat. That's what they make the poor people at the front door use to bring your packages to your floor. The building has had extensive water damage in its short life, with shoddy repairs visible to the naked eye. The garbage rooms on each floor are closets with no ventilation or drains, just a very dirty bin that you must open and close or else the hallway smells. Cheap landscaping to which tenants don't even clean up after their dogs because I guess what's the point? (I don't have a dog). They cover this all with a gimmicky rooftop."

"If I could give negative five stars I would. This is legit the worst building in the city. After being a resident for over 3 years, it’s progressively gotten worst and worst. First off, if you have a car… this is not the building for you. There is no street parking and the “onsite” parking has a wait list. And even when you do pay the astronomical amount for the parking spot, you will constantly have random people park in your spot because there is no security or anything to stop people from parking in your spot. The area is not safe, the door person/security/package sorter, can’t handle the safety of anyone. The elevators are constantly down. The intercom system to let guest in… nonexistent. The roof deck, great view, everything is broken. The loading dock, absolutely the most inconvenient dock ever. The bike room… not even sure if people still use it… after it was robbed for every single bike in it… without giving a cent to residents for their failure to secure or monitor it. The large package room… just wait for your important packages to be stolen… The gym, mediocre at best. Oh and if you like being woke up by fire alarms, this is the place for you … not only do they go off all the time, it takes forever for them to turn it off because they have to wait for the fire department to come out to do it. Take a look at all of the other reviews on this place. They are spot on, and I am sure the “positive “ ones are PMC trying to dilute what a garbage place this is. DO NOT, waste your time or money here, you will regret it. The only thing they care about is charging fees, raising prices and anything else they can do to get more money out of you. I’m sure there are plenty of other reasons that you shouldn’t rent here, but these are the main red flags… save yourself."

"wouldnt recommend it overpriced... only lived there for a year and a half. strangers can walk in and out and use the lounge on the 14th floor not to mention people stay there all day and night doing god knows what. packages go missing they dont keep track of the packages that come into the building they might as well just let the delivery person drop it off in front of your apartment. water turns off randomly and apartment 1404 is loud and terrible neighbor"

"I wanted to be able to move into this units but working with Guisella I don’t know how you guys manage to get anyone to live or move here. She’s one person that’s impatient and rude. She ignores messages and doesn’t work at all. This company she immediately look for another representative and from the looks of the reviews I’m not the only to complain about her. I never met someone who chooses to ignore people when it’s their soon to be home something is truly wrong with the girl"

"this is our HOME!! Going into our 3rd year here, my wife & I truly cannot find a better place to live (after even recently conducted a massive city-wide search). The staff, maintenance workers, and especially the front desk security greet us and create a safe and comfortable place to reside. The amenities cannot be beat - the rooftop deck and its views is matchless. We especially love the waterfront views and the calming effect of sunrises beaming into our large open windows. Lastly, it's so nice to be very close to Old City and its amazing restaurants and stores... walking around our neighborhood is terrific!"
