"Last week I booked a load with Brad Greenberg from NJ to MD. It was a straight through but when my driver got to the receiver he was told that they need an appointment for delivery. They decided to unload him after almost 5 hours waiting and when I emailed the broker requesting detention he ignored my emails and phone calls. My driver spent his day doing this load and by the time he got empty I couldn't find any loads coming back home. It was a disaster and this broker didn't cooperate. Please avoid brokers like these. They don't care about the driver's time or anything like that."

"Alex Pintos scammed us with the appointment at the receivers ratecon says 2PM delivery and when we checked in the receiver was Publix and they told us that the actual appointment is 5:30PM. And when I notified Alex he was very rude by asking me to stop drinking. Looks like he is an agent for Mode, I will keep reporting him until I reach someone at Mode that can investigate this case."
