"DO NOT LIVE HERE. I'm the type of person to take reviews lightly and understand that everyone has a different perspective so I gave this place a chance. And boy should I have listened. I can agree that having good neighbors does majorly change the experience. I unfortunately did not have that and would here loud arguments and music daily next door, even throughout the night. In addition, the fact that fire alarms woke me up at 3am three times in the past four months as well as my noisy neighbors pushed me to end my lease early for the first time. Also can't forget about elevators being fixed and leasing office not warning tenants as well as items being stolen out of the gym just for an additional RUN AWAY."

"Roaches, maintenance coming in with a key while I'm sleeping or in the shower (they never gave me the chain I asked for), coming home to holes in my apartment from maintenance, AC only when they decide its time to switch (it gets very hot on higher floors), disgusting basement level, rude front desk lady, no visitor parking, you pay an average electric bill not your own (if you use less than others you still pay more..)........need I say more?"
"WORST APARTMENT EVER!! The lobby and the apartments are filthy, not at all clean and have a foul smell. The apartment has a mice problem and nobody seems to fix it. To top it off the management is plain and simple incompetent. They are extremely impolite, disrespectful and not professional. From the very first day when I called for an enquiry to the time I lived there they have not been welcoming. If you are planning to move in this community then DONT. There are a lot of better options around."
"Run away. Poor maintenance. Loud neighbors. Gross common areas. Parking lot you pay for constantly gets broken into. Cant get packages delivered to the building. Pool pass doesnt allow guests. Elevators are always down. Management actively breaches contract and tells you to "hire a lawyer". The list goes on...."
