"If you like to cry, this is the place for you. If not, don’t make the same mistake I did and move here. The place was dirty when I moved in, so immediately I was already tasked with housekeeping duties on a move-in ready unit. It’s not gated as they try to portray, so you pay for this major amenity that doesn’t exist and it’s already over-priced for the area. I was told the area was secure prior to signing the lease, after signing and being taken to my new apartment it was said that the gates don’t work. I would have never signed if I knew this prior. Apparently anyone can just rent a room here like an Airbnb too, so people are coming in and out that don’t live here permanently. This wasn’t disclosed. Parking spots are nice, but since the gates don’t work I have seen several car windows broken out in the month I’ve lived here. Trains go by at all hours of the day and night blaring the horn, so sleep is rare and working from home is not ideal. Pets are allowed here, so imagine the dog barking on top of train horns and the screeching of the rail. Management is typically MIA and when he is around he clearly doesn’t care about the residents. My mail (computer equipment for my job) was even stolen from the locked mail room by an Amazon delivery driver and caught on video and nothing was done about it. I had to keep calling, emailing, and physically going to the office to even get a response and when I finally got one it wasn’t helpful. I’m sure they will reply faster to this bad review than to my emails :( If someone needs to come by when you are away, you will have to either give them your only key fob or put it in a lock box out side attached to the fence or something so they have a key to get inside of your actual unit. Not sure what other options there are, but that seems to be the only one from what I’ve gathered from neighbors. Overall, this place is poorly managed and VERY uncomfortable. Subleasing isn’t allowed, so unfortunately I will be living in this misery until end of April. Hopefully I’m still somewhat sane by then given the sleep deprivation. I hate it here and wake up every morning tired, depressed and feeling absolutely defeated. Again, if you’re into that this is the place for you!"
"I've lived here for over a year, don't make my mistake. First- the most recent positive review praising the management was written by one of the owners misrepresenting himself as a tenant. The onsite property manager is useless when you need something but remarkably efficient in retaliating when confronted and held accountable for his lack of response to ongoing problems. Most recently he decided to shut down the pool, an amenity residents pay for, because of his own failure to address the trespassing problem that he's known about since a few incidents last summer. He had September through May to figure out a solution. Instead residents are penalized because he can't be bothered to address even his most basic responsibilities. There's no security to ensure resident only access to community amenities and shared spaces including the dog park, parking lot, pool, and grill/fire pit area. The fire pit is always broken as are the games in the game room. These are problems that the manager has more than aware of for the entire time I've lived here. There are airbnb units in two of the buildings that have vandalized the building, pulled fire alarms, residents hace been physically threatened and assaulted on multiple occasions by airbnb guests and no measures to ensure resident safety have been taken. Do not move here."
"Do not rent here. I moved into building 2 in 2020 the initial management company was great. They were responsive and the community was clean and well kept. They sold the complex sometime in 2021 and it has been all down hill from then. The prices are now way above anything else in the neighborhood. No one is ever at the leasing office to resolve issues. There are often problems with the elevators, trash collection, broken locks on the doors with no notice to residents. I have had several maintenance issues and it takes weeks for them to come. The new management company seems to not care at all about residents since they started using empty units as air bnb style short term rentals. Literally the only good thing about this complex is the included parking. That is not worth the headache that living in complex has become. Look literally anywhere else in brewerytown. Although avoid rushmore management."
"DO NOT STAY HERE PLEASE! Honestly the experience I had here was AWFUL. Our stay lasted a total of TEN minutes including the HOUR we spent on hold waiting to speak to Management. We showed up to check into The Hub 31 for a weekend stay, and this was how the room was left. Nothing was cleaned. I’ll leave photos for reference. We had to call and obviously ask why this wasn’t done, and was informed that we would have to stay at a totally DIFFERENT LOCATION for the night and move BACK into the room after it was cleaned the NEXT DAY. No resolution was offered. Keep in mind, my family and I had an event to attend, so arriving to THIS was absolutely APPALLING. We obviously asked for a REFUND. Save your time and money."
"October 2022 I would definitely stay here again! Nice 1 bedroom at an affordable price for overnight. Very unique way to check in and out, but very easy! The apt hotel was nice and clean!"
