"Sadly, I received a phone call in refeence to an application. The phone number came up as Bernice Arms. I did not recall placing an iquiry. I'm thinking that possibly they own other residences? Long story, short. The person may have tried multi-tasking, because she was having and enjoying her lunch in my ear. (Intense chewing and smacking) Also, to add insult to injury, she was very curt, unprofessional and rude. Why is it that the services consumers require as dire essentials are always handled by uncompassionate, self-aggrandising, non empathetic individuals? Unbelievable!"
