"The driver of the orange and silver Peterbilt that dropped a trailer in Kutztown this afternoon should retake his driving test. Failed to signal changing lanes on I-78 headed west to exit 45 twice. Failed to use his signal to exit I-78. Failed to signal which direction he was turning off the exit ramp. Was doing 60-65 in a 50 mph construction zone, then 70-75 in a 55mph zone. I’m a truck driver as well as he is. These actions are NOT what a professional driver does. This event occurred around 2pm on 8/25/2020"
