"Our waiter Johnathan was exceptional. He promptly greeted us with a smile. You can tell he really enjoys his job, he was very energetic. Johnathan had strong communication skills and excellent customer service. He made suggestions for dinner options based on what we had a taste for and even joked with us during small talk. He checked on us throughout our dining experience. He was very attentive and made sure our drinks were filled throughout. He asked us if we wanted some bread and butter to go. It’s hard to find great service and he is an exception to the rule. Although the food was mediocre the service from Johnathan made us overlook it. If we come back again we will ask to sit in his area."

"1. The waiting was maybe 15-20 mins - not too bad. 2. Food tasted not the best for the price we paid unless it’s supposed to taste this way. I liked the French onion soup though and the lemonade (kiwi and strawberry). The salad was Blue Cheese Pecan chopped side salad - to be honest it tasted like every salad in any restaurant probably cause of the dressing. 3. About customer service. They tried to be nice but …. mmm I can’t say it was packed yet they didn’t pay attention to our table when we needed a coke refill, we asked for a refill of the sauce as well as more bread and the girl never came back so it’s not the best, at least not in Fredericksburg, not for us."

"I came here with a friend for dinner on NYE for an early dinner and neither of us were super hungry so we shared an order of the mac and cheese bites, and both got our own order of french onion soup (pictured), I got some mashed potatoes (pictured) and she got fries, and we shared butter cake for dessert. The mac and cheese bites and butter cake were absolutely phenomenal, and the soup and mashed potatoes were about what I expected and tasty. Our server was Johnathon and even though his section was incredibly busy, he made sure we got everything we needed and gave great service! Also, both of our teams were playing that night and it was great to get to watch the games while enjoying our meals."

"Have not eaten here in years, but gave it a revisit. The flavors are good - shrimp and mushrooms were seasoned, arrived delivered very hot, and were tasty. More greasy than I remember, but still okay. Tried their burger for the first time, and I won't try it again. No flavor at all, and that was with the addition of bacon and cheddar cheese! Onion soup was nice, had good flavor, lots of onion and cheese. I used to like their dark bread served with meals, but it was dry, crumbly - not pleasant. May have just been a bad batch. Carrot cake remains sweet, flavorful, and moist."
