Reviews of Watering Hole
"A little bit pricey! $9 for a can beer. $15 and up for a regular cocktail. Nice if you want a quick drink."
"No food here to my knowledge but might be wrong. The drinks were good, but the view is the absolute best part of it. Check it out"
"This is a cute bar to grab a drink while you are out and about. Right on the water so it’s a great view. Not too many choices for drinks but if you are out at the wharf and want to grab a drink on a nice day this is a great place!"
"I don’t personally do reviews. If I don’t have anything nice to say I try to keep my mouth shut. However, Saturday’s bartender / waitress was extremely rude, rude compared to any bartender in any part of the dmv. $9 beer, it’s common in dc, so sure, you pay for the view, however no customer should be talked down to for no reason. I even tipped 20% as a courtesy but I would never go back there again."
"We came here during the first waterfront Mardi Gras parade a few weeks ago. It was pretty cold out so we got mulled wine, which was pretty good. They had beignets for the occasion which was a fun touch. The line to get drinks was unbelievable, and the bartenders did not seem capable of moving with normal bartender speed. Drinks in general were a bit pricey but once the weather is nice it will probably be worth the extra cost in order to have a nice waterfront spot to sit outside. Although the bar faces the street not the water, which was great for the parade but odd any other time."
