"Today I was at sportsbook and attempted to bet Live a basketball game the kiosk put a $200 limit on the bet. More importantly, the cash out window is frequently unattended. I went to window to refund my ticket and the employee who I had to look for clearly didn't care about me getting the refund took more than 5 minutes to figure out how to operate the machine that he typed into to provide refund. I stated this is different than Cesars doesn't seem like anyone is focused on sportsbook customer service. The employee,, NAMED WOODY TOLD ME " YOU SHOULD STICK WITH CESARS THEN" THE OWNER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT MAY WANT TO TIGHTEN THE JOB NTERVIEW PROCESS AND HIRE THOSE WHO CARE ABOUt YOUR PATRONS. Took 6 minutes to get refunded $500 after i walked around to find someone to help. A process that takes 20 seconds at a sportsbook. Cash outs are slow as well. My advice go to Cesar's Sportsbook if your betting real money. This is not what you want. They just don't care is my observation."

"I'm passed the club days; however, I stopped in on a quite Tuesday night and it was empty but the late night HH sign lured me in. It was a handful of people but the guy behind the bar was cool AF and def made for a good night. His service wasn't like the club vibe since he came on the deck to ask if I wanted anything. All I know is he's from Nebraska and super friendly guy. I'd be back to visit just to pop in for a couple drinks."

"I didn't eat here, but we brought the party. We danced the night away. Great to watch sports. Drinks comes with non- alcohol jelly shot. Very diverse crowd. 20s through 40s crowd. We were the oldest probably in there."
