"Fried Oreos were great. Staff could have been nicer to the regulars in there. They seem to have a little bit of an attitude with one of the regulars getting the attention of the staff for us. It didn't come off professional and courteous to loyal customers."

"Food is so-so (taste is fine; asked for sunny-side up eggs and got scrambled; steak portion quite small). They seem to be very short-stuffed so the service is slow. Also way too noisy for non-dinner time."

"We stood at the door for more than 5 minutes. I wasn’t sure if we were to seat ourselves or not. During that time, I saw the bartender but she never said hello, or come on in and take a seat, or someone will be with you in a minute to seat you. I grabbed silverware and menus and sat us. Then a male server came over and greeted us. We ordered fried pickles which were OK. I personally feel that since they slice their pickles thick, they should have a thicker batter. The thin batter didn’t really stay on. I ordered a chicken salad which was quite expensive at I believe $19, maybe $18. I personally like my lettuce cut a little thicker than 1/2 or 3/4 inch wide. It was good and filling though, it was just the price that really was too much. All dishes we ordered had a nice presentation. The other orders in my group were an omelette, which were fine but the corned beef hash had eggs that were burnt on the bottom side. Eggs are to be cooked low and slow. Burnt eggs change the whole flavor of the meal. The server had zero personality, no smile, no umph, he was just there going through the motions. And for whatever reason, we still gave him 20% of the ridiculously expensive 3 meal tab of $65."

"The water was great! Awesome place, worth the walk if you're in the area. The fried pickles tasted great as the appetizer, the medium burger ordered was cooked perfectly, and the chicken wings were a little dry (which could of been better). The atmosphere is great here, clean area, clean bar, bartenders were quick with helping you. The popcorn they give you is fantastic and made me want to buy a beer because I felt a little guilty. Very rare to find a place that treats the customer well."
