Everything was covered in oil & obviously not on the list of ingredients or my modifications. And where was the chicken? They definitely phone it in. Thankfully Ubereats refunded but I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The hassle of getting your money back for Potbelly’s laziness is insane. Don’t do it."

"I usually love the sandwiches here but today it is gross!!! I ordered online the chicken salad sandwich and I had to pick out the lettuce just to see the teaspoon of chicken salad. I asked for a skinny sandwich and the bread was so thick I threw away the top piece. The quality has gone down tremendously. I removed the app from my phone last year and now I remember why. Oh, and no one greeted me when I walked in."
