"Living here was good, but not anymore. I started living in this house at the end of 2016. My baby was born in this house in 2020, and we never received any complaints. In 2023, I returned to my home country and stayed there for 7 months. When I came back with my luggage and baby, it was nighttime, and our journey had been 21 hours. The next day, our new neighbors began complaining that we were making too much noise and being disruptive. My three-year-old baby is a bit slower in development compared to other children. He will start making noise randomly. The apartment management said that if we received one more complaint, we would have to leave the apartment, but they didn't provide a solution. My baby is a good, polite, and happy child. Do they mean to say that we can live in this house, but our little baby can't? We have lived in this house for seven years."
"The rent is going up every year and it's not worth it I was told in order to get your rug cleaned you would first have to be on the waiting list second move your furniture out. In order for them to come clean your rug. I have to rent a machine and buy the product to clean my rug also a one-bedroom is net worth $900 I do know when I get to that point I would have to leave"
"Roaches, hordes of rodents and extremely rude staff is what you are looking for then search no further. Enjoy a quiet neighborhood until you actually go inside and try to live, where you will be greeted by the most wonderful ghetto trash people in a 1 mile radius. Hope you don't like taking showers on the go cause the pipe are horrid and constantly stay clogged. These adventures and much much more await you."
"If I could give Greenwood Village Apartments 0 stars I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The tub, and the sinks are always clogged. The maintenance people exterminate for free (upon request) every Friday because that's how many roaches this place has. Mice come in your home like they're the one's paying the rent. When you tour the model apartment it is beautiful with two entrances to the bedroom and the bathroom connected. When they show you your apartment it is nothing like the model, just basic and bland looking. The office workers are rude, nasty, and unorganized. Run, like Foster Gump did far away from this place. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!"
