"Walking in the mall and felt like a cheese steak so in the food court ordered one at Charleys Philly Steak. Not bad and served with fries.service was quick even though a short line."

"I ordered 40 dollars worth of food, and they didn't even include 1 sauce. I paid for a ranch on the side for my large fries, and they gave me a table spoon worth of the ranch in the smallest container ever. Also, never get large fries from here. They give the same amount as the small fries just in a bigger container. This location is always disappointing. I will never come here again, and I advise you to go to their other locations."

"Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I usually don't write reviews, however, the gentleman at the counter (short Hispanic male) who was working at around 2:30 ish PM on May 14th 23 at Dulles Town Center food court, was being extremely annoying and sleazy, he refused to give us our order and then proclaimed it was a joke in an attempt be funny. He also kept making provocative remarks. There was also a female worker working alongside him who had great service, however, this guy needs to go."

"Edited 03/28/23: I decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves with Chick-fil-A and Popeyes being closed and they did way better, food quality has increased tremendously I even wondered if they were using the same meat. The service was great as they read back my order to ensure it was right. Very fast and efficient, I would definitely recommend going here if you’re in need of a place to eat in the mall. i’m not one too usually leave reviews unless the food was really good it really bad, this place beyond lackluster with its dry meat, bad service, and bad advertising. I ask for fiesta cheesesteak which is the new item, they misheard me and i got a regular cheesesteak instead, I ask for a new one and I paid not a problem. When I do get the food unordered it has nothing on it that it says it would. 3 jalapeños, no peppers or onions, and no tex mex seasoning. Albeit they did put one slice of pepper jack on it with provolone although it was supposed to have it on all. What’s the worst part it was the manager making it. Although I know they aren’t getting paid very well, I still find it hard to believe that making 5-8 sandwiches in an hour on a Tuesday is too hard."
