Reviews of NFI
"All the workers here are Cuban Latinos, and they are the laziest people you will find.!!!! avoid this place at all costs..!!! They come to this beautiful country and are too lazy, send them back to Cuba, especially the reciving office ladies."
"Horrible customer service. They have no respect for any workers. It took them 15 min just to go through security. Then you check in at the receiving office only to wait 60 min for them to call you and tell you to go to a doc to get you loaded. I waited 1 hour and 30 min for them to start loading my trailer. Took them one hour to load me after waiting all that time and 25 min just to get my BOL because they needed to bring the form to the office. Horrible place!"
"Delivering for Trader Joe’s @ 6835 Silvercrest Rd. VERY IMPORTANT! SEE PICS! Besides that pretty straight forward, check in with security, pull into lot, park, walk to office (right side of big AC unit). After getting green light, pull out and park and wait for them to call you with lumper info. Total time for me was about 2.5 hours. Not sure about overnight parking but there is a huge staging area just before the gaurd shack. A restroom is available in the check-in office."
"As a truck driver, I've had my fair share of experiences at various delivery locations, but my recent encounter at this place takes the cake for being the worst. I was utterly shocked and appalled by the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism displayed by their staff. Upon arriving at the facility to unload my delivery, I expected a standard level of courtesy and professionalism from the staff. However, from the moment I stepped out of my truck, it was clear that this place was far from professional. First and foremost, the receptionist at the front desk seemed more interested in her phone than acknowledging my presence, while also looking as she was high. After standing there for what felt like an eternity, I finally had to clear my throat to get her attention. Her response? A barely audible grunt as she glanced up from her phone and rudely mumbled, "Name and delivery number?" Things didn't improve when I was directed to the loading area. The employees there were not only unhelpful but openly hostile. They seemed to resent the fact that I was there to do my job and were anything but accommodating. When I asked a simple question about the unloading process, one of the workers rolled their eyes and said, "Figure it out yourself, we're busy." Throughout the unloading process, I encountered constant eye-rolling, impatient sighs, and snide comments from the staff. It was as if I was inconveniencing them by doing my job and delivering goods to their company. Their lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was truly astonishing. To make matters worse, when I encountered an issue with one of the pallets that required some assistance, I had to practically beg for help, and when it finally came, it was accompanied by sarcastic remarks and an overall attitude of indifference. I understand that everyone can have bad days, but the sheer disregard for common courtesy and professionalism displayed by the staff at this place was beyond unacceptable. I've never felt so disrespected and unappreciated while simply trying to do my job. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to address the appalling behavior of their staff. Truck drivers like myself deserve to be treated with respect, just like any other professional. In conclusion, my experience at this place was marred by the rude and unprofessional behavior of their staff, making it an establishment I would strongly advise fellow truck drivers to avoid if they value their time, dignity, and sanity."
"WCD is NFI. Delivering multi-stop frozen. I parked 3 hours away on the Hwy; arrived at 0820. Delivery window was btw 0300-0900. Check in with guard at the main gate with your lock still on the trailer. Park in a spot and head to traffic. Fill out small form. Assigned a dock immediately between 55-60. LUMPER FEE! Kudos for being organized, but takes time to get you off loaded. It’s because lumpers are involved. HUGE AREA TO RUN YOUR DOG TOO!"
