"Used to be a great, family friendly, safe place to live and now it’s over priced, no one in management helps you out and people keep knocking on my door and scratching my car. Would not recommend living here anymore despite the price which is still ridiculous for never receiving help here."

"I lived there for 1.5 years. I was pretty content with the house but it does not mean everything was perfect. I think the house was large enough, pretty cheap, away from the road noise, next to Costco and other shops, makes you feel safe enough. They did pay my whole security deposit back (I cleaned the house perfectly but there were minor things. They did not make a problem). However, there are some problems that you need to take into account if you plan to live there: - 1 car space is allocated for 1 BR apartment but there are only 2 guest parking spots for the entire complex. Your friends will have serious problems visiting you. - It is sometimes really hard to find someone from management. Their lines are usually busy, and after a whole year, I was still having difficulty finding the right person to call. More importantly, their emergency line is a joke. I called because there was water coming below the sink and it was raising because of the clogged pipes. It took 25 mins waiting on the line to talk to someone. - Rental payments are done by mail. This might be common but so annoying. I am pretty sure there are ways to make this easier. - I did not have serious problems with bugs. You will see regular visits from centipedes once a week. Also, you need to open/close the front door fast on summers so that flies would not come in. So, just keep a few bug sprays (I had two: more liquid, stronger one for centipedes and one for flying insects)."
