"Maintenance non-existent. If you live on first floor expect to get flooding when hot water heaters break. Manager will tell you move to fourth floor . Maintenance has improved hired 3rd person. Water issues continue with mold"
"8/3/2023, If there was a negative star, Middlesex Management disserves it. Unbelievable - the Manager Dennis and Anthony were here to inspect the apartment mold and blamed me for the black mold after water from the utility room flooded my apartment twice on June 14th and July 3, 2023. Denise said that black mold growth needs high temperature, high humidity and some food source. Often flooding the apartments from the utility room definitely promotes black mold growth. Several tenant's apartments here have been flooded once or twice, resulted in some see doctors for treatment, some move out of the building, some are still suffering. 7/21/2023, 18 days after flooding in my apartment on 7/3/2023, mold is spreading in my bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen quickly. I have showed the maintenance team the mold in my bedroom, living room and bathroom. Hope they can have a mold remediation ASAP. I am coughing persistently. Since the utility room between the bedroom and living room causing water leaking and flooding was poor designed, often water leaking from the water heater, or air conditioner or sinks to wet the bedroom and living room to promote mold growth in the apartment. Most senior tenants here never check leaking in their utility rooms to eliminate and stop the mold spreading from the utility room immediately, how to ensure there is a healthy living environment in the apartment here? 7/10/2023, No, the carpet in my apartment has not been replaced yet. On 7/7/2023, Anthony of the maintenance team has arranged a vendor to steaming vacuum clean the carpet in my apartment. It took additional 2 days to dry out. In the past week, the flooding has made my apartment a mess: all my boxes are stacked in bathroom and kitchen, I couldn't sleep soundly, cook my meals and even take a shower, black mold is spreading, I am coughing, ... In less than a month, water from the ceiling of the utility room has leaked and downpoured twice, and caused me short-term and long-term damages. The building at 100 Cole Lane was built 20 years ago using some cheap materials and appliances, so there is always plenty for the maintenance crew to do and apparently not enough time. Last year the roof was replaced. Don't know the schedules of water proof of the utility room and replacing water heaters. How many more tenants will suffer following me? 7/5/2023: I can't believe it. On 7/3/2023 around 2:00 am, water downpours from the ceiling of the utility room and floods my apartment. I have submitted multiple repair requests online and called the emergency number for repair. Later, the maintenance team leader has told me a water heater has bursted on 4th floor and flooded the apartments below. He promised me to repair and clean up my apartment today, 7/5/2023. I have been waiting the whole day and nobody showed up. The carpet is still wet and mold spreading. I am coughing. This is not a healthy environment for seniors. 3 years ago: I have moved into the Yorkshire Village Senior apartment for more than one year. The location is convenient for shopping. But I have to wait extensive periods of time to get things replaced or fixed. Unfortunately I think it is because the maintenance crew is overworked and they are sometimes very rude. The building used cheap materials and appliances so there is always plenty for the maintenance crew to do and apparently not enough time. The insulation is poor, I can hear my neighbor upstairs walking and bathing. Cars were also broken into or stolen over night. Hope the Middlesex Management can improve their efficiency and the maintenance crew will have more hands and serve the tenants better."
"Shana & George are excellent representatives of Yorkshire Village Seniors. They facilitated the process of obtaining the beautiful and comfortable apartment that we live in today. The apartment’s conditions and features initially offered were exactly what we received, thus making them extremely credible representatives. They made us feel very comfortable and confident throughout the application process as potential tenants. Their treatment was exquisite, especially from Shana, who always had a solution to any inconvenience that might arise during the process! Mr. George, a person who is also very cordial and willing to help."
"My friends have lived there for years. Would consider for myself"
"I moved to Yorkshire Village Senior Apartment complex recently. So far, my experience with the landlord representative Ms. Violetta has been so great in helping me to get used to the premise and to get oriented with the surroundings. In addition, the tenants have been so nice, friendly and very helpful."
