Jerry's Subs and Pizza

"I waited for 30 mins for 2 cheesesteaks when no one was in line. There was one man in front of me who's order needed to be fixed 4 times. The cheesesteaks smelled bad and tasted worse. The bread was soggy within 30 seconds of being wrapped and given to me. No apology or advisory of the long wait due to making many mistakes with the previous customer's order. Staff seemed uninterested in showing any level of customer service. I emailed corporate for a refund because it was $40 for 2 very gross cheesesteaks that we did not eat and they lack the professionalism to respond. I think I may take this to BBB just for the principle. Seems like this place serves low quality food for outrageous prices and won't take responsibility for their shortcomings."

"Avoid this food joint. Took them 40 mins to serve one cheesestake on Dec 31st. Awful taste and smell, could not even eat the food ( $15 for one cheesesteak). Guy was super super slow, moving in snail speed. I think they were serving very old meat, no taste at all. Nathan’s were serving so fast. My money is in the drain."

"This place is laughably horrible. Heed all these bad reviews. Just stay away. A sub (cheesesteak, sort of), fries and soda for $24. And I know, these travel stops are priced like airports, but still, the food was terrible. They were out of salads and condiments. And apparently vegetables too. Just look at this sorry excuse for a cheesesteak. I haven't been to many Jerry's Subs in my life, but after trying this one, I'll probably never go to another. Someone should do Maryland a favor and pull the plug on this one."

"Was there on a Monday. There was only 1 person in line in front of me, and it still took over 20 minutes to get my cheesesteak after ordering. The staff were not rude but didn't really seem to care. The Nathan's and Wendy's in this place were cranking out orders super fast. Jerry's was a bust."

"5⭐'s because PIZZA WAS BOMB! sausage & pepperoni,yesss. All the way to the crust good to ME! I would suggest to buy the whole pie for $30. Wings were good but stuffed into a small container. Be careful when riding in an all white interior. Young staff gets overwhelmed and embarrassed (?) easy. They gave me exactly what I ordered in a timely fashion."
