"Neighbors are wonderful and apartments are spacious . Management has put in a playground, picnic table and two garbage cans however the children litter right next to the garbage cans. The parents should teach their children to pick up after themselves and take Pride in their homes"

"A memory just popped up on my Facebook page of when I lived in this place and I felt compelled to share my story. I lived in this apartment for three years. My first week in the place, the maintenance guy was at my apartment, knocking on the door, asking to borrow money. I reported it, but they kept him on for more than a year, until he finally got taken out in a drug raid on the apartment below me and they had no choice. Said maintenance guy also locked himself out on the balcony of the apartment next door one day while he was doing some work in there, and decided to climb over to my apartment balcony and break into my apartment via the balcony door, which they never fixed, and for which they charged me for breaking when I finally moved out. I raised hell, but I don't have the money to lawyer up about things like that, so they got my money out of the security deposit. The next maintenance guy they hired was great, so no problems there. Anyway, speaking of the apartment below me, I found out the hard way that the cable lines are run up through the closets, accessible to anyone who can open a closet door, so whenever my downstairs neighbor felt like stealing my cable, she did. I also reported this, after the cable company came to investigate. I was paying for internet for her, but not getting it myself. We had an incident with bed bugs in the other end of my building, for which they did treat the entire building. There is a laundry room, which is a little more convenient than going to the laundromat, if you get there during non-peak hours. The management is off-site, so they couldn't care less about what happens to you there, because you're not able to get a hold of them when something goes wrong if it's outside of business hours. You can only contact the maintenance guy, which in the case of the first one the had while I was there, was never the wise choice. For 900+ bucks a month, I would have liked better, but there is not a whole lot to choose from around there."

"Pine Meadow is truly a hidden gem... I've been here just over a year and it's been really wonderful there's such a great bunch of people here and the caretaker Felix is always there when you need him...he's very timely and knows what he's doing It's nice and I'm glad i.m here"

"Decent prices for a two bedroom for 800 but its nothing but a drug infested place. Soft spots in the floor worst maintence guy ever."
