Grounds are well maintained and maintaince doesn’t take forever to fix something like I’ve had living in other apartment complexes. Also very close and convenient area with major highways and stores to shop without me traveling 30 minutes."

"My husband and I moved here almost three years ago, we have no complaints, Betsy and Earnestine are the best, they will bend over backwards to help you if you have a problem. Mike always has the grounds very well kept, Pete and Rick from the maintenance department are the greatest, and the landscapers make sure that they salt the walkways, sidewalks and parking lots when they know when it snows , and they keep up with it, they shovel early in the morning hours, to make sure people don’t fall and keep the grounds clean, always cutting the grass. My husband and I can’t say enough about them , all of them are the best"

"Don’t move here!! We loved the area and thought that we’d be there for awhile. Well we were wrong. The people upstairs from us smoked weed 24/7 which is against the lease, we had complained multiple times about it and was told they are trying to get rid of them. We emailed weekly with complaints that they wanted. We have caught them dealing drugs, and still nothing done. We were told they would move us if nothing got done, or talk about leaving our lease as I was very pregnant, well nothing ever happened and when we went to leave our lease (3 weeks early) we got charged. Don’t ever expect your security deposit back because that won’t happen! We also had to leave a $500 pet deposit and was still charged for carpets, I had them cleaned and they tried to say due to pet odor they had to charge us $1153.00, also charged for cleaning when I left that place spotless with a 4 day old newborn. This place is nothing but frauds and lies. When you call anyone the see your name and ignore you. So unless you want someone to steal your deposits and don’t care about your health and safety and drugs I don’t recommend moving there. Out of a total of over $2800.00 in security/pet deposit we will get a big $30.00 back… ** adding to this. It’s been since August and still no reply on my security deposit refund. We emailed questioning our $30!"

"I moved here in February and I could not be happier. Betsy and Ernestine were nothing but helpful and accommodating throughout the entire application process. The people in my "court yard" are pretty quite and friendly. Mike, one of the maintenance guys is always around working on or checking something and is very nice and always says hello. I only had to call once for something on my tub to be fixed and they showed up the next day. The entire complex was salted every time there was the slightest chance of snow and it was also plowed and the sidewalks cleared promptly. The landscapers arrive every week and do a great job. The rent here is not cheap but I guess you get what you pay for as our only utilities are electric and cable. I just wish the pool was included in the rent. I know so many people are saying that rent is crazy right now everywhere so I just hope the increases here aren't crazy because I really do love it here so far."
