The crazy water leakage destroyed all the furniture, the building made us wait in the cold wind all night without any compensation.The stingy hotel compensation they provided for the next few days, which was like a joke, couldn't even get us a decent place to stay. After suffering all this, the building was unwilling to give us any substantial compensation or break our lease."

You don’t find that in other places. This is place is great and I highly recommend it. Not to mention the units are beautiful."

We were forced to evacuate without any prior notice or information about the relocation of our belongings, including clothes and cosmetic. Furthermore, the managements is trying to avoid reimbursing us for the hotel expenses."

"It is raining inside even if there ain’t any clouds outside. If you think this isn’t gonna happen to you, you’re wrong. The whole building was soaked in water, and walls and ceilings have already been damaged, you don’t wanna live in a building that’s gonna collapse at anytime."

"Don’t come! Construction quality is a hidden danger! Extremely bad apartment and management team, and dangerous quality of the construction. Floors got flooded due to unknown huge water leak. This is a new apartment opening this summer! How did they pass the inspection? This is definitely a issue start from construction. There may other construction issues next time. For your safety, don’t come! After the leakage, Tenants were informed to let the workers go inside the unit, but all items and furnitures were moved into piles without permission ahead. If you want to terminate the lease because of this , they still ask for the penalty or lawyer’s letter. Such a shameless management! They are using paint for the fixing. Once the tenants get back, they will live with new construction chemicals. Today I went in found the ceiling was taken off. Huh Interesting!"
