"SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PEACE! DO NOT MOVE HERE. Property manager DANIEL lacks integrity, compassion, professionalism, amongst many other things. We moved into our apartment with DRY ROTTED carpet. After bringing this to their attention, they did NOTHING about it, so we had to replace it for the sake of our HEALTH through a 3rd party. The vents had mold/dust within them when we first moved in. The bathroom tub was filled with the previous tenants HAIR *gross.* The stove had food stains from previous tenants. Point is, they did a HORRIBLE job with having our apartment cleaned and sanitized before we even moved in. That should’ve been the drawing line to make us terminate our lease, as they clearly do not care about our well being or holding up to their “luxurious” title. Our washer machine has been broken since we first moved in nearly 2 YEARS AGO and Daniel refuses to replace it. Ive seen RATS!! Running around at night, how “LUXURIOUS.” They are now charging an additional $40 a month for appliances, when the appliances we current have are not functioning properly. Not to mention, our “security locked” front entrance door has been broken and opened to the PUBLIC for almost a year now. Where is the safety in that?! To top it off, we’ve had a total of 4 different maintenance men within the first year and a half of living here. They all say the property manager is CHEAP and disrespectful. They all only lasted a few months, as they clearly do not enjoy working for him nor do they enjoy being responsible for the disrespect given to the tenants, like myself. DO NOT waste your time or money."

"Ive lived here two years. the first year was great. the grounds were beautifully landscaped, and now they are just weed infested. There wasn't proper snow removal in the winter, my car was stuck for 4 days after the big storm this past winter. Worst of all, my exterior door has not locked for about three months now. I feel very unsafe here. the bottom line is, the management company stopped taking care of the property. They just don't care."

"We have lived on this property since June 2019. The initial property management company was helpful and responsive to all questions and requests. The property was sold in November 2019 and has been in steady decline ever since. There have been multiple superintendents who have quit after very brief employment due to exceptionally poor management and requests to complete tasks that are beyond the scope of one person and/or illegitimate based on their certifications. The owner discontinued landscaping immediately after taking over the property and the “luxury” apartment buildings have been overgrown with weeds and tall grass ever since. Furthermore, there is garbage and clutter scattered everywhere throughout the parking lot, sidewalks, and “mulch” beds. The dryer vents have not been cleaned since April 2019, causing an obvious FIRE HAZARD with visible birds nests and compacted lint in the vents both on the inside and outside of the building. Appliance such as washing machines in the apartments are also continually breaking and not fixed properly. It is more than evident that the owner has no interest in the upkeep of this property as he cuts corners or blatantly disregards regular necessary maintenance procedures. There are MANY vacant apartments since the new owner took over and it is clearly for a reason. These apartments should not be rented by any additional tenants as it has become an absolutely atrocious and unsafe place to live."

"I live in this apartment since 2018 and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an apartment around Bridgewater. This place is quite conveniently located close to some of the best schools in the district and also to the groceries, mall and restaurants. Daniel and Krystyna from the property management office are very kind and helpful. Recently I had some maintenance issues which they sorted out promptly and to my complete satisfaction. The neighbors are very friendly too."

"Please do yourself a favor and keep on looking. The property was purchased in October 2019 and has severely gone down hill and continues to fall apart by the day. There is no property management and repairs and upkeep are out of the owners ability to maintain. It is evident by the lack of care towards the grounds which should be maintained by a landscaping company, considering we pay an amenity fee for that. Things like food disposals, washer and dryers and general plumbing are not concerns to this owner. That’s being said, the hallways of the building always reek of foul musty, mold. Trust me, in lingers into your home. Also, there are Always flies in the halls because people leave their trash in the hallways. This place is the epitome of a dump and far from luxury living. Of course, the prices don’t reflect the actual slum this complex has become. Furthermore, the front office is harassing and flat out impossible to deal with. I would genuinely not even waste your time on this spot."
