"Originally went to woodmont way to tour 2 bedroom options with my fiance and was told to stop by woodmont forge. We walked into woodmont forge asking for an on the spot tour and was greeting by Ope. Ope exemplifies what all leasing members should be. He is a very personable, patient, welcoming, eager/enthusastic, and friendly person! Ope did not come off as a deceitful salesperson who is trying to get you to sign a lease (my fiance and I went touring at other apartments in the surrounding areas and met multiple “sales like” people who tried to do a bait and switch). My fiance and I wanted to tour the various 2 bedroom options that woodmont forge provides. Ope was very patient with us asking a million questions and even asking to tour the same layout twice. Ope also showed us will the options we wanted to look at and showed us a one bedroom den layout that fit what we needed but at a lower price point. My fiance and I would have made the one bedroom den work but we have been living separately for over 3 years and accumulated a lot of stuff (basically consolidate 2 apartments into one). Ope is the ONLY leasing agent that I’ve ever talked to/met that I found genuine and very friendly (in a non fake way). I can’t wait to move into the new apartment and be surrounded with employees that are very welcoming and down to earth! Ope is amazing and lovely to talk to! I could tell that he is very passionate about what he does and cares about people."

"Woodmont is a beautiful place ! Elizabeth went above and beyond for us as they are still under construction we could not see the apartment itself but she was allowed to get into the building and FaceTime us to show us the apartment we were exactly getting. She answered all the questions we had and made this process smooth! We are excited to move in February. Jammie and John were also great people to speak with. The only thing I would say to improve on is during the application process I spoke with three different people assuming I would Only speak with Elizabeth during the whole process. I believe speaking to multiple people can get very confusing for future reference to other applicants!"
