"It's a good company if you know how to dispatch yourself and negotiate rates. I contracted to Jones Express for 2 years and made money. 95% of the loads I pulled were found and negotiated myself. Steve Grater is the guy to call or email when you need help for anything. But Tina in the main operation is rude and unprofessional. My engine went out in my truck in Pennsylvana had to find a ride home and a way to get a new truck. Friend of mine that worked for Jones Also offered me to team got six months so I can get down payment on new rig. I called Tina in operations letting her know I have a way to keep working. She refused to allow me to stay on and team to get a new truck. I called Steve but there was nothing he could do. So went to my old company bought a new truck and still making money. But if I was in the mindset to self dispatch again I would go back to Jones Express."
