"If I could give 0 stars I would. We waited all day for delivery and then received a msg that they couldn’t reach the house due to “low bridges”. What? That’s a first. When we called back to reschedule they told us it was our fault for not being home meanwhile they NEVER came to the house and we have a voicemail message confirming they said they couldn’t reach the house and could we give them an alternate route. We live off of 2 main roads. And near an airport. No low bridges. We rescheduled delivery for Saturday and gave them instructions to stay on the main highway. 5:50pm on the day before delivery, we receive an automated call rescheduling the delivery for the following week. I called back and now they tell me they lost the item, a large storage shed and as soon as they find it, they’ll make the delivery. I call Amazon to complain and they call XPO directly only to be told the shed has been damaged in transit and is undeliverable. Amazon is sending a replacement and I can only hope and pray it’s not via XPO."

"We have been waiting for our delivery since 8 AM. It is now 7:30 PM and still waiting. They keep assuring us that it will be delivered soon!!!"

"If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible company. Lowe's needs to go back to in-house delivery. XPO called the night before with a 4 hour delivery window for my delivery the next day 11:30 - 3:30. The following day (delivery day) I received a text at 3:00pm saying my delivery window is 3- 7pm. At 5pm, I received a text confirming my delivery from 3-7pm. At 6:50 pm, still no delivery. I called XPO and the automated message said delivery is scheduled from 3-7pm. I called Lowe's and they showed a delivery window of 4-8pm. At 7:10 pm I received a call from one of the drivers saying they needed to reschedule. I nearly lost my mind, so they agreed to deliver. I have never met a more unprofessional group of people in all my life. They dropped off the refrigerator and stove in the middle of my kitchen. They were supposed to connect my stove but the guy said I didn't have the right connector, which I found out later was a lie. My refrigerator had four dents on the side and the housing around the connector on my stove is cracked and is therefore unusable. Lowe's has agreed to replace my stove due to this damage that was likely done by XPO. I would never ever recommend XPO to anyone. Lowe's uses this group for their delivery, so I would not recommend buying anything from Lowe's either where they will use XPO for delivery. Save yourself the aggravation."

"So I was here to swap out a set of trailers and hook onto a set of trailers and take them back to my home terminal. When I entered into the office, I was greeted and made to feel that I was at my own domicile, I was assigned a couple of doors, I split my set put them in the doors in the manager came out and actually gave me two empties indoors just around the corner. This is a small terminal with 34 doors, a gravel lot, but plenty of room to maneuver and get around. Is very easy to get to, all you have to do is plug the destination into your GPS and it will take you right there! All in all it seems like a great place to work and be based out of."
