"Why have a phone if you not going answer it when people calling daily and calling when they standing outside in the front of door of the building and management office. They accept your application through the mail with the $25 dollar money order for application fee but doesn’t call you about receiving it or give you a letter with a waiting list number or something. They just take your $25 Application fee money order and don't even give you the apartment smh this is ridiculous and unprofessional how this nice building is operated by unprofessional management staff here"

"I'm only posting this bc I still haven't received a response. Once I got the application, I mailed it out to the address stated and it came back undeliverable/address not found. Ok, fine. I go on the website and initially get an invalid number from it. Ok, after a little more digging, I get an actual contact number. I've left three voice messages and emails and still haven't received any type of response. I understand things may be hectic and you may be busy but it can not be that difficult to respond to a simple request verifying proper address."

"My daughter lives there.She was one of the first people that moved in.The building is beautiful!!!! That bathroom is my dream bathroom.I wish they would make affordable housing in my town like this.Although l have section 8 and l am thankful l would live in that building if l could in a heartbeat!!!!"

"Currently no available apartments. So in my opinion it doesn’t make since to pay an application fee to be put on a wait list. Especially if your looking to move soon. They also don’t give unit tours. Which I think is dumb. They do offer pictures online but picture doesn’t also do the units justice….just a heads up."
