"On February 10th, 2021, Franzosa backed up into my sons new car with my son in it, and completely squished and totaled my sons car in Freeland. Since the accident they have so far taken no responsibility for this, didn't exchange insurances won't return our calls. The man driving the heavy machinery clearly saw my son but continued to backwards plow into him and pushed him into another vehicle completely totaling his car. Have not heard a word from them about their responsibility to replace his car. This is not professionalism! This is a company that clearly isn't taking responsibility on their behalf to fix this mess, that they caused!"
