"Booked a load on 09/18/2018 from CA-FL at 9 am, broker Ryan said he will send the rate con in 5 minutes, then 1 hour passes by no rate con, i called him 10 times did not asnwer, i kept calling and emailing Ryan Steckel until 2 pm Central time, didnt answer any of my call nor any of my emails. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, after that finally someone answered at 1:35 pm, gentlemen started cursing at me and hanged up the phone. WHY ? because he said that im asking too many question. This brokerage company is a SCAM, watch out when you book a load with them."
