"I just recently relocated to the New Jersey area and was lucky to have come across the eaves West Windsor. Stephen Edwers made my experience in finding my new home easy and pleasant. Most of my move in prep was done while still in Florida, so the communication with Stephen was excellent and he made sure that not much was needed once arriving to my new apartment. The apartment itself was cleaned throughly and my time at the Eaves so far has been nothing short of amazing. The neighborhood is safe, the commute to work is 20 mins., and there are many different things to do in the surrounding area."

"We needed a short term lease and eaves West Windsor was a wonderful place to live. The staff was very welcoming and professional and made the move-in and move-out process very smooth. Our apartment was very clean and well taken care of, and everyone we met was very friendly. The complex is well maintained, on a beautiful wooded property, and is convenient to groceries, restaurants, and the train station, as well as within walkable distance to the West Windsor garden plots, library, and post office."

"We moved here from NYC last year and absolutely love it. We had a pleasant experience with Eaves West Windsor , starting from my initial contact with the leasing team, to their regular follow-ups, to the leasing process and maintenance requests . Maintenance crew are super nice & always ready to help with any issues on a very short notice. . It’s a beautiful and peaceful environment, all the employees are very warm and kind, but especially our leasing agent Stephen who always super friendly and very helpful with any questions or requests we might have. Also supervisor Kathryn who always follows up and keeps everything in order. When my father passed away in December 2022 these incredible people planted a tree on his name . Also , we have incredible state-of-the -art fitness center and yoga room. Swimming pool in the summer is wonderful too. We truly love living here and would highly recommend to any intending residents."

"I lived here for over 4 years. The Team were amazing. Special thanks to Kathryn and Stephen from the office who were always available to answer questions and provide valuable support and advice. Also Thomas from the maintenance team who has been instrumental with our maintenance calls and in particular his speedy responses to getting the job done. Thank you for the amazing 4 years. My son even graduated from the local High School here. It’s very safe community and the other residents are also very nice. I would highly recommend Eaves, West Windsor. It’s a family friendly community, the schools are amazing here. In addition to this, it’s commuting distance from NY and Jersey City."

"I moved at the end of last year and have been giving reviews periodically. The recent response by the management about a maintenance issue strengthened my belief that Avalon Junction is indeed an ideal living place for a single person or a family. We had a point where the maintenance was delayed due to the unavoidable circumstances but to compensate for that the management's response was tremendous. I got many calls to know whether everything was settled or not. No inappropriate language or cold shoulder was given; instead, I received flowers delivered to my apartment showing excellent customer service. Sending flowers was a lovely gesture on part of the management."
