"$2200 a year HOA fee up 50% in the last 3 yrs for what, a license plate reader to get into the the neighborhood, we used to have security, now we have a compliance officer to give tickets to home owners for "generating income for personal discretion use by the board"... We also have a garbage dumpster.. But be careful of what you throw away or get a massive fine $300+. Road mantinance has been cut..Moving here was the biggest mistake of my life... The houses are cheap for a reason...not because of quality, there use to be standards... I was fined over a hundred dollars for moving rocks in my yard without a permit.. Less than 10... Ridiculous, landscaping without a permit... And if you speak out on the community Facebook page they ban you."

"Cindy the manager in the board is ra is it and he is working against some landlords that she has some personal secretes grievances with and at the same time working with some ruthless tenants. Cindy is using her power to reap off landlords. She is lazy wicked and she is evil. Ever since she came to the management team a lot of people sold out their properties. Even my old friend neighbor that has been there for decades recently sold out. Scott the manager is weak and a coward. He is silently racist and very partial. The community is becoming a reap off to landlords and other tenants. The management is the worst since the last 3 years and now. They do not care about others opinions. The media need to hear from each tenant. They are asking for money without a proof of what they are going to do with it and they charges landlords every year with increase dues and other fees which they make up. The charges and dues they give to blacks is completely different from whites. The Glen at Tamimemt has the worst management team. It is no more a good place to buy a home if you are looking to buy or live there."

"This community has wicked board members and the racism here is very diplomatic. They keep increasing fees and giving citations. The fees are so high and nothing is improving in the community. The media and local government need to take over. Living here is a slavery in disguise. The management keep enforcing laws to increase money and reap of the people especially the landlords living here. Do not buy a house here. The frustration is real until you moved out. The Ms segment and board members are heartless and they don’t care, they have no jobs and no income but to task and reap of proof from their hard labor. They are not nice and do not communicate nicely with the renters and landlords. The Glen of Tamimemt is terrible."

"The neighbors are quick to snitch on you to their “community president” instead of knocking on your door and saying something to your face like any other human being. The trash fee is absolutely ridiculous. $700 fine for accidentally putting trash in the recycle bin..all for them to take a picture of the trash which im sure they immediately took out. You literally have to drive to the dumpster to throw out the trash. The people in the gate take forever to get to you. I had to wait 10 minutes while it was pouring rain for someone to answer twice. The security is creepy, driving around taking pictures of the cars in our driveway. All these strict rules in your community is insane, you might as well petition to be your own state. The houses around here are not even that nice. The community has no curb appeal. There are other neighboring communities that are better around the area."
