"I would like to say, I'm looking for apartments and I'm happy I was able to stop by and read these reviews. I will not be renting from here since there are so many complaints. Seems like they like to take advantage of people. Too many people had the same things to say about this place."

"Management used to keep the grounds clean, now on any given day it's a ton of litter all over, someone from ground keeping need to come by at least once a day to pick up the trash that blows all over. What's up with getting the units power-washed, if you lean up against the wall @ your back door, you will ruin your clothes. When Jesse, was there these things weren't an issue. Tighten-up"

"I wouldn’t recommend. They will use any excuse to take your security deposit and even charge you extra. I emailed the management ahead of time to let them know that I will NOT be renewing my lease (which they responded to), but they still charged me an extra month of rent because they didn’t receive the physical non-renewal letter on time, which was delayed due to COVID. I tried to dispute the extra charges, but they keep sending you from one person to the other, each saying that they opened a ticket and they are looking into it, until it got really frustrating. Then after 3 MONTHS, they sent a letter saying that they “decided” to take it out of my security deposit. So, basically I had NO SAY in the matter.P"

"If you don't care about your credit, by all means this is the place for you. Mismanagement caused an very damaging report on background that is never coming off. Asked for help resolving the matter they had no heart and this is why I will never recommend this establishment to anyone."

"Prompt and efficient maintenance, fell in love with the apartment layout upon first tour; big kitchen, inspired me to cook a lot and received my deposit after notification to quit after the term of the lease. not many amenities but quiet surroundings for the most part and mixed use area library satellite educational campus, shopping very convenient."
