"I was referred to Harmony for evaluation/treatment for ADHD. I was first set up with a counselor who could neither diagnose nor prescribe medication, so I asked to see a psychiatrist. The one I saw said she wanted further testing before she was willing to treat ADHD (despite a prior diagnosis). I went for neuropsych testing and the neuropsychologist who interpreted the test scores determined that it was impossible for me to have ADHD because I got decent grades and couldn't have it as an adult with it going undetected/undiagnosed as a child (completely untrue as anyone with a basic understanding would know). I never got to speak with the neuropsychologist, so I was unable to ask any questions or get any additional information. They also completely refused to provide me records of my test results. I had to file a HIPAA complaint, and they conducted an investigation and made them release my medical records to me. Still, all I got was a one page summary of the test results which provided little info. Typically, neuropsych testing would include a very extensive and detailed report of the test scores and findings. I continued to see the psychiatrist, but she would only ever prescribe antidepressants even though I told her I wasn't depressed (which of course did not help me at all). Every visit she would also forget who I was, what we had previously done, and would constantly confuse me with other patients. Eventually, she told me that their clinic, as a policy, will not diagnose or treat ADHD because it has become "too popular". Everyone I interacted with at Harmony treated me horribly. They should not be in the business of treating people for mental disorders that they do not understand or believe in."

"Everything is great until you need to refill your prescription. Every month, like clockwork, I send a series of emails and I call the refill line. If I’m lucky, I’ll have the Rx within a week. This happens every single month without fail. It’s disruptive, and unnecessary. Response to Harmony: I emailed and called all day yesterday and you still haven’t done anything. "Harmony is great, very accommodating. The Counselor I’ve been seeing is very supportive and encouraging. She has helped me see and understand grieving the loss of my husband as well as other struggles in my life. I feel she is very understanding sensitive of my feelings."

"Love my Harmony team. They have totally changed my life. The love care and support I have received over the last 2 1/2 years as a patient is beyond amazing. Only thing I do not like is the difficulty to get a hold of your care team when needed."

"I love my therapist and psychiatrist. However, the receptionist in the front at the Morgantown office is very very rude. She doesn’t let you know if you’ve been heard and I understand safety measures but it seems almost like everyone is a disease to her the way she puts on a mask just to take your license. That really makes me feel uneasy at in person visits. Some staff when I call in never calls back like the pre-auth group and Rx refill line. I think the office staff could use some work on customer service. The front desk person just needs to be replaced period. People come there for anxiety and depression among other issues and she just isn’t the best person to represent Harmony. I doubt Dr. Richmond would stand for that."
