Madison Gardens Apartments

"Lived here a few years ago. This place was taken over by new management. Their receptionist is beyond rude. New owners will take your money + fight you to get anything fixed. The apartment was cheaply renovated + infested with roaches. Didn't even finish unpacking before we were moving out."

"This place is horrible. They use cheap paint on the walls. So when you put something up it peels right off. Even using command strips. In the winter time you barely can keep the hot air in because the windows are so old. So old that if you don't lock the windows they slide down from the top and the cold air gets in. Also the electric bill will be so high no matter what. Depending where you live you hear everything. Living next to the highway you hear people honking the horn because of drivers trying to merge. Parking is even worse. The back tends to flood so no one wants to park back there. And the guy they have here to do work, I don't know his name but he is rude and thinks he can talk to people any type of way. There is so much more. If you have any questions please feel free to message me on here and I will tell you everything I know. BTW you can't use your security deposit to pay rent. But when you leave they will try and take it if you are behind on rent. So I can't use it but you can take it. How does that make sense. It's one of those things as do as I say but don't do as I do. So wrong. Like I said so many things are wrong here."
