"Believe the amenities listed above....some of them do not exist... if they do they are a hidden secret. I have lived there 6 yrs and have never EVER seen a sauna, nor is the laundry 24hrs.... as far as what is in the units---- it all depends on what the previous owner did to it..... the building nor the units are smoke free ( unless stipulated in that particular unit, by the owner). That goes for energy efficient windows & lighting & doors....PLEASE...... there are approx. 99 units (not 8)...high speed internet -- yeah if you purchase it thru a carrier...and not all kitchens come with breakfast bars....again - its all on what previous owner has left you......and the pool --- as long as you only want to be in the water or lay you are good...but you are NOT ALLOWED to have any kind of fun, make any noise, have any cocktail beverages or listen to music you are good.... and it seems no one is sure what year they were built...1964,1965 or 1971...doesn't matter - they were built as apartments, managed by a management company (the original I heard were WONDERFUL managers) the ones now.... I got nothing nice to say...seems when you own a condo - you own the building...g-d if I only knew now what I should have known then...I would be happy- cause there is NOT where I would be living"
