"I needed a repair done on my bathtub shower handle. I called to setup a Service call on Saturday and Monday morning Dan the service maintenance man came to fix the bathtub handle in a timely manner. Dan is a great maintenance man the fountain garden apartments."
"I travel a lot and stay in certain cities for a period of time (12-18 months). I decided to stay at Fountain Garden, What a bad decision. I never thought I will have the need to write a review on the internet but the way that the people at that management office made me feel is outrageous. No Customer service at all. So let me do this to save you future headaches. Stay away from this Complex. The employees in that management office will treat you extremely bad as soon as you decide to close that lease. What a bad customer service."
"They only care about when you are moving in. Rent goes extremely higher every lease term, The superintendent Dan is racist. Inspections are never done. Roaches and mice are every where in the apartments. Everybody in the management office located at Joshua should be fired (Especially the Hispanic Lady right after you walk into the leasing office). Her attitude stinks. No empathy. No Customer service skills. Imagine how bad this complex must be to have tenants logging into google just to write a review and save future tenants all the headaches. Stay away from this complex until they fired the entire management office."
"Pros: - good price - elevator - friendly neighbors if you're lucky - the main office staff is super friendly (when filling the lease paperwork) Cons: - During snow days, the plowing/cleaning service they offer is awful. They literally throw snow in front of the cars and whoever needs to go out, must dig in and out cuz no one cleaned (not even in front of the car to make it possible to move). Just unacceptable! - neighbors can be really noisy if you're not lucky (like me) - you cannot visit the unit that you're about to rent - parking is hard if you get home late, they NEVER tow unpermitted cars."
